Principal’s Welcome

We at Noor Al Diyar Private School warmly welcome you, and would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about us. At Noor Al Diyar Private School, we believe that to reach outstanding levels of achievement we need a productive learning environment that is based on three main pillars; exceptional teaching staff, a student centered curriculum that is flexible and a high quality infrastructure.

Firstly, we as educators, we consider teacher selection an indispensable process towards propelling our strategy forward. Therefore, complex multistage decision processes are implemented, in order to select qualified and competent candidates.

Secondly, the most important pillar is the curriculum and alongside the Cambridge curriculum we also provide the national Arabic subjects’ curriculums. The Cambridge curriculum is very popular worldwide and has been adopted by more than 10000 schools, in over 160 countries. At grades 10, 11, and 12, students will be expected to sit for external exams at IGCSEs, As, and A levels respectively.

Thirdly, our purpose-built school infrastructure is designed and equipped to comply with the educational needs of our students, located in safe and prestigious area on the northern shores of Bahrain.

At the heart of our philosophy towards pursing educational excellence, is our combined student-centered learning approach and the strategy of assessment for learning. We trust it’s our commitment towards our community to foster in our students a thirst for academic inquiry and the ability to hone the range of skills necessary to pursue academic excellence in a culturally diverse environment. Hence we put emphasis on integrating 21st century skills in our curriculum and in the process, create independent citizens who reflect high values and self-confidence wherever they go.

Our school makes every effort to utilize all of its resources in order to provide our students’ with the best education they deserve and encourage them all towards advancement. Furthermore, we put great importance on involving parents in the educational process. Through effective school-parents’ communication, we can create solid relationships between the school, parents and students, making the process of education an inspired and meaningful experience.
