What is the admission process? What are the required documents?

Noor Al Diyar Private School welcomes application from all students who are able to demonstrate the potentials to meet the entry criteria for the relevant educational level.

Placement Criteria

Placement in classes will be made by the Admission Committee, on the basis of:

  • The student’s age
  • His/her academic and behavioral reports for the previous two years
  • His/her performance on the entrance assessment

Required Documents 

  1. STUDENT’S CPR CARD
  2. BIRTH CERTIFICATE
  3. PASSPORT (If the child’s details are endorsed in mother’s passport) – 1st page & the page where his/her name is entered)
  4. PHOTOGRAPHS (4 Passport size)
  5. VACCINATION CERTIFICATE
  6. PARENTS CPR & PASSPORT COPY
  7. * REPORT CARD (From the school last attended)
  8. * ORIGINAL TRANSFER CERTIFICATE /TRANSCRIPT (Issued by the school last attended only
    after the child is selected)
  9. * CONDUCT CERTIFICATE (Issued by the Headmaster/Principal of the school last attended)

Does the school provide transportation?

Yes, Noor Al Diyar offers comprehensive transportation services for students residing in the regions of Manama, Seef, Muharraq, Busaiteen , Amwaj , Hidd , Arad , Juffair, and Umm al-Hasam. 

We are unwavering in our commitment to the safety and well-being of the students, which is why all buses are accompanied by qualified nannies/helpers to ensure a secure and orderly journey. We rigorously implement all requisite health and safety measures across all transport operations. 

What is the Timing of the School?

Gates Open: 6:45am 

Assembly: 7:15am 

First Lesson: 7:30am 

Break: 9:00am – 9:20am 

Lunch: 11:35am – 12:00pm 

Clubs: 1:20pm – 2:00pm 

Final Pick Up: 2:10pm
