    Should a pupil be unable to attend, parents are kindly requested to inform the school before 8:00 a.m. This courtesy ensures that the school can account for every child’s safety and learning progress.

  • The policy aligns with Bahrain’s Child Law No. 37 (2012) and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
  • A Culture of Vigilance
    All staff are trained to recognise and respond appropriately to signs of physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, as well as neglect.

  • Designated Child Protection Person (DCP)

Fee Policy

  • Clarity and Scope
    All tuition, transport, book, examination, and optional fees are clearly detailed in the school’s official fee schedule issued each academic year.
  • Payment Schedule
    Fee deadlines are fixed and must be observed to ensure uninterrupted access to school services:
    • Term 1: 1 July (for existing students) | 1 September (for new students)
    • Term 2: 1 January
    • Term 3: 1 April
  • Non-Payment and Consequences
    The school reserves the right to take necessary measures in the event of non-payment, including:
    • Temporary suspension from school activities and services
    • Withholding of academic records or reports
    • Removal from class enrolment
  • Fee Payment Undertaking
    Parents experiencing genuine difficulty in meeting deadlines may formally request a Fee Payment Undertaking, subject to approval and adherence to the agreed schedule.
  • Withdrawal and Refunds
    A minimum of one full term’s written notice is required for withdrawal. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by school policy and processed only after full clearance of outstanding dues.
  • Accepted Payment Methods
    Payments may be made via Benefit Pay, bank transfer, or direct deposit. The Finance Office provides receipts for all transactions.
